1. Introduction

Welcome to RE-VEDA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RE-VEDA platform, including our website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering for an account or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

This is a B2B platform exclusively for registered healthcare professionals (doctors with valid medical council registration and chemists with valid drug licenses). Individual consumers are not permitted to use this platform.

2. Eligibility

To use RE-VEDA, you must:

• Be a registered medical practitioner with valid Medical Council registration, OR
• Hold a valid Drug License for operating a pharmacy/chemist shop
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Upload genuine professional credentials for verification

We reserve the right to verify your credentials and reject or suspend accounts that do not meet these eligibility criteria. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Account Registration and Verification

Registration Process: To create an account, you must complete our registration form and provide the required documents:

• For Doctors: Medical Council Registration Certificate, valid ID proof
• For Chemists: Drug License, GST Certificate (if applicable), valid ID proof

Verification: All registrations are subject to verification by our team. This process typically takes 24-48 hours. You will receive email/SMS notification upon approval or rejection.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Use of Platform

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for legitimate business purposes related to your practice
• Provide accurate information in all transactions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not resell products to unauthorized parties
• Not use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal activities
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise platform security
• Not use automated scripts or bots without our written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Pricing and Payments

Pricing: All prices displayed are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. We offer slab-based pricing where bulk purchases receive higher discounts. Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already placed will honor the quoted price.

Payment Terms:

• Payment must be made at the time of order placement
• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking via Razorpay
• Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select customers after approval
• All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• GST invoices will be generated for all orders

Failed Payments: If payment fails, your order will not be processed. You may retry payment or contact support for assistance.

6. Orders and Delivery

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive order confirmation via email and SMS.

Shipping:

• We ship pan-India through our logistics partners
• Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on location
• Free shipping on orders above ₹1,000
• Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout for orders below ₹1,000
• Tracking information will be provided via SMS/WhatsApp

Delivery Issues: If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, courier issues, or incorrect address provided by you.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, we accept returns only in the following cases:

• Damaged or defective products received
• Wrong product delivered
• Expired products (which should never happen, but if it does)

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

8. Order Cancellation

By Customer: You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return upon delivery if eligible.

By RE-VEDA: We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

• Product is out of stock
• Pricing or product information error
• Suspicious or fraudulent order
• Inability to verify customer credentials
• Force majeure events

Full refund will be issued for orders cancelled by us.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the RE-VEDA Platform, including logos, trademarks, text, images, software, and design, is the property of RE-VEDA or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission. Product images and descriptions are provided by manufacturers and are protected by their respective copyrights.

10. Disclaimers

Platform Availability: We strive to maintain 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen events may cause downtime.

Product Information: While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, product information (composition, dosage, images) is provided by manufacturers and may contain errors. Always verify critical information from product labels.

Medical Advice: RE-VEDA is a commerce platform, not a healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice. Healthcare professionals are responsible for prescribing appropriate products to their patients.

Third-Party Services: We use third-party services (payment gateways, shipping, SMS/WhatsApp) and are not liable for their failures or disruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RE-VEDA shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform
• Damages from unauthorized access to your account
• Product quality issues beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us to resolve disputes amicably.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Account Termination

By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Outstanding orders must be completed or cancelled before account closure.

By RE-VEDA: We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Provide false information
• Abuse platform features or support
• Remain inactive for extended periods

Termination does not affect obligations for completed transactions.
